Hi
I would like to hear about how you perform sensory evaluation of your honey.
I am doing a project on sensory evaluation of honey, and would like to hear about:
- what factors that influence the flavor, taste and viscosity of honey.
- what you can do to improve the honey - both how you handle the honey, and if you can do something to lead the bees to nice plants (which plants give a nice honey?)?
... and if you have anything else, that you think we will find interesting, then please answer!
The project starts today, and will be finished in 3 weeks

Thank you! This gave me much more information!
I'll return if I have any questions, when I have finished reading all that
