De mon coté j ai trouve une liste de travaux sicentifiques sur le sujet (voir un extrait en fin de post).
Je conduit une petit étude de marché en vue de mesurer s'il est interessant de constituer une sociéte de négoce ( comme en viticulture) pour aheter les produits brutes ( propolis et venin d'abeille) et prendre en compte l'affinage, la transformation et le conditionnement.
En viticulture, il est procéde ainsi pour les crémants et les champagnes.
Vos avis m intéresse donc particulièrement.
