Faut il obligatoirement un kbis pour vendre en détail sur les marchés?

Seules les sociétés ont un Kbis.
Normalement pour une entreprise individuelle, les placiers demandent une attestation d'affiliation MSA et l'attestation d'enregistrement de l'entreprise auprès de l'INSEE qui est délivré au moment de ton immatriculation auprès du Centre des formalités des entreprises. Sur l'attestation INSEE, il est mentionné ton numéro de SIRET.

Bonjour,
Non, si c'est pour vendre du miel au détail de sa production perso. amateur.
Par contre il faudra un N° de SIRET. (voir les discussion à ce sujet.)
